Today the world is in the era of dogmatic beliefs, dilemma, complexity and competition. Man has become man’s enemy. The superior is in the behaviour of ego and suppressing the weaker. This suppression may vary from individual to individual, religion to religion and country to country. This harms the community brotherhood and oneness. Thus, the advice of the Saints “Viśva Bandhuttva” is fading.

The world in modern era has become a victim of over-dependance on Incilities and amenities offered by the modern world. This dependence is cuising various mental, physical and Social problems, and we do not know the art to counter them. Thankfully, the Yoga Science is there for our rescue and to extend relief from psycho-somatic problems.

Yoga practices, if done with discipline, under the able guidance of a Guru Master) are useful not only to the top brass executives, intellectuals and spiritually enriched person but also to a manual worker. We should be grateful to the Yogi’s for they have developed this science, thrown open to the world to practice and said “Do and Achieve.” More a person practices the various techniques of it that is Yama, Niyama, Asana, Mudra, Sodhana-Kriya-s, Prānāyāma, Dharaņā and Dhyana to reach the state of Super Consciousness (Samadhi), more he becomes free from all the sorrows, sufferings, tortures and multi-pressures of life. Yoga provides true peace and satisfaction to the practitioners.

Yogarşi Swami Ramadeva Ji Mahārāja realized these problems, walked at length not only in his mother country but around the Globe, promoted, propagated and preached the simplest techniques of yoga for the welfare of everyone. These techniques are not only for health aspects but also to remove the evils prevailing in the society.

Swamiji promoted this yoga package which is a combination of traditional physical exercises (Vyayama) and the traditional yogic methods (Asana, Prāṇāyāma etc.) and thus provided those benefits which are accrued from ancient exercises and yoga techniques at one place of time.

This is a very unique work which is being carried out by Swamiji for the welfare of humanity. These are his untiring efforts to re-establish the spirit of Yoga which was lost somewhere.

The current book is an effort to help the people and practitioners to use this book as a Guide for their practical sessions. This book is not only for those already involved in the Yogic order but also equally important for people working in public and private sectors.

Its guidance is of utmost importance especially to those working in Police, Para Military forces and Para-medical personnel as also the manual workers. This book suggests a short duration practical session of 45 minutes daily and that too in a seriatim to transform the life. It is not out of place to mention here that faithful observance of the techniques contained in this book will not only help physically but will also enhance the capacity, capability, tolerance and zeal to work without any stress or fatigue.

I hope, with the blessings of Yogarşi Swami Ramadeva Ji, this book will give contentment and happiness to the millions of enthusiasts and they shall live a long disease-free life and achieve the unique state of “Jivema Saradab Satam”

I have been successful in compiling and writing this book with the inspiration, motivation and blessings of Swami Ji. I gave only words to the wisdom of Swami Ji to fulfil the expectation of millions of his disciples around the world who were or are looking for valuable written document. Swami Ji is a force and I am God’s willing source. I also extend heartiest thanks to the “Patanjali Yoga Literary Research Department”, its head Acharya Mahesananda Vidyalankara and his team members for their intellectual contributions right from writing to publishing to reach my vision.
